T-Mobile Street Ice in
Birmingham. Open over Christmas from 29 November to 13 January 08.
This year T-Mobile Street Ice will be located in Birmingham's
Centenary Square.
Also festive ice-side
entertainment as the Frankfurt Christmas Market's
bars and food stalls will be serving along side the ice.
Everyone visiting the ice rink will be captured 'dancing' on the ice
and given a free print to take home and keep.
T-Mobile Street Ice tickets are on sale now.
Organise a last minute works party, stay over night and book the
rink and make a night of it. This year the rink is available to
hire, subject to availability, at a cost of £2500 per Peak session
and £1200 per Off Peak session, if you are interested in hiring the

Father Christmas will arrive with his reindeer at 6pm to switch on

Chester Zoo Ice skating
Our huge outdoor ice rink is a great winter activity for all the
family. Whether you are a seasoned skated or a beginner, a glide
round the ice is great fun. If you have already hung up your skating
boots, there’s a spectators viewing area to relax and watch your
friends and family skate. There are special skating sessions
throughout the winter, including toddler only sessions and dance on
ice discos.

A Time of Gifts - November 30th - January 6th
Our winter festival which we call A Time of Gifts begins on November
30th and runs until January 6th. This year’s theme will be the
warmth and community spirit that the festive season brings.
The outdoor landscape will be transformed into a spectacular winter
wonderland with the ice rink surrounded by fir trees laden with snow
and twinkling lights everywhere you go. The fire pit we had last
winter will be back as will the Cornish Community Choirs you love.
Exeter Castle Ice Rink
23 November 2007 to 2 January 2008 A superb historic setting for
this year's open-air ice rink.
Back by popular demand, this year's open-air ice rink will be just a
two minute walk from the High Street. Look out for McGahey's The
Tobacconist, walk up Castle Street and keep Michael Spiers jewellers
on your right, walk towards the tower and you are almost there!
The 18th century courtyard will be transformed into an
enchanting icy world complete with a 50ft high Christmas tree and
twinkling lights. Music will set the mood too.

will feature London’s largest outdoor ice rink, a toboggan
slide, a traditional and authentic German Christmas Market.

Winter Wonderland open-air ice rink is London’s essential winter
experience giving a cool 35 days of skating. Whilst the rink remains
the focus for skaters and spectators, there are plenty of other
attractions around the park for all the family including the ice
café bars, traditional children's carousel, helter-skelter and
rides; and a giant Big Wheel plus lots of free festive
entertainment.
Canary Wharf Ice Rink
The Canary Wharf Group is proud to announce that it will be hosting
an open air ice rink for the third year in a row. Last season’s
larger size rink has been maintained and is still located in the
magnificent setting of Canada Square Park, surrounded by Canary
Wharf’s world famous towers. The park will again be decked in

Kew Gardens Ice Rink

Cold nights, mittens and hot chocolate, may be the last things on
your mind during the hazy days of summer, but this winter Kew's ice
rink returns and tickets are on sale now.
The rink with a capacity of 250, takes up its usual magical location
in the shadow of the magnificent Temperate House for a six-week
season. Not only can you enjoy up to an
hour's skating (sessions available between 10am-10pm daily), you can
also buy joint tickets that entitle you to a wander around the

The Ice Rink at The Forum opens for a fifth season of frosty fun on
Saturday 10 November for eight weeks when skaters will be able to

As dusk falls, the rink will be lit up by bright white twinkling
lights stretched out over the rink creating a magical winter
wonderland and the focal point for Norwich’s Christmas festivities.
Transparent batter boards around the ice provide a great view for

The Ice Rink at The Forum has become a popular seasonal activity for
all the family with more than 130,000 people of all ages getting

Cathedral - Ice Rink

City Council and Cousins Entertainment is pleased to announce that a
seasonal outdoor ice skating rink will operate in the Cathedral
grounds. The ice rink will be located in the Inner Close with the
Cathedral providing a stunning backdrop. There will be a café
immediately behind the ice rink that will sell seasonal
refreshments. A Christmas Market selling high quality goods and food
will also open from 30 November to 16 December 2007.

The Oxford Street Christmas
lights will be switched on for 2007 by X Factor star Leona Lewis
at 6.17pm on 7th November and will remain on till 4th January 2008.
This year’s event will be hosted by Jamie Theakston, Toby Anstis and
Harriet Scott from Heart FM.
