2          When you order, we need to know your business details for advertising yourselves as set out on our standard hotel/B&B/Self Catering advertisement  This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process. If you do not give us a separate email address we will use the one you contacted us on for your advertising purposes.

 

3          We use your personal information to contact you ourselves if needed - e.g. ask for updated details such as prices.

 

4          We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.
