    By Car:
    - Take the M1. - Exit at junction 25. - Head west on the A52 Borrowwash bypass. - Follow this road up to the Pentagon Roundabout.
    - Continue to follow the A52 onto Eastgate and then The Underpass. - Continue on this road onto St Alkmunds Way. - Exit onto Queen Street. - Follow this road onto Iron Gate.
    - Turn right onto St Mary’s Gate. - The hotel is located on this road.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation policy is 48 hours or first nights stay will be charged. COMMENTS: Please note that the hotel's spa will not be ready and open until June 2008. CHILD POLICY: Infants stay for free when using existing bedding, if a cot is required there is a charge of £10.00 GBP per night. Children are charged £25.00 GBP per night, which is the cost of an extra bed. Children are charged from adults from the age of 12.
