Our comfortable guest house is only 150 metres from Windermere's centre and 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. Lake Windermere is just a short walk down the hill to Bowness. Public transport for the lakes area also runs regularly from the end of our road. The Lake District is waiting for you to discover it's natural beauty and Autumn Leaves is the ideal base whether your break is a quiet 'get a way from it all' or filled with activities that leave you craving for your comfortable bed at Autumn Leaves Guest House. How to find Autumn Leaves Guest House.
By Car
From junction 36 on the M6, take the A591 following the signs for Kendal, then Windermere, drop down into Windermere village and follow the one-way system until you reach a pedestrian crossing.
Turn left immediatley after the pedestrian crossing into Broad Street, Autumn Leaves Guest House is a 100 yards along on your left hand side.
By Train or Coach
Both trains and coaches stop at the top of Windermere, Autumn Leaves is only a 10 minute easy stroll from the bus/train stations, walk down through the village, past the post office until you reach Broad Street on your left, walk up Broad Street for about a 100 yards and Autumn Leaves Guest House is on the left. *Directions included in email booking confirmation Ready to book?When would you like to stay?
