Ideally situated for visiting Perth and the surrounding area, the family-run hotel re-opened in May 2007, with new owners who extend a warm welcome.
All rooms have the same first-class furniture, fresh decoration, new super king-size beds and new bedding and linen to ensure a good night’s sleep. The 12 en suite bedrooms feature complimentary toiletries, and a hospitality tray.

By Car
From Inverness:
- The A9 (southbound) brings you to Inveralmond roundabout.
- Take the first exit. This brings you into Perth via the Dunkeld road.
- Stay on this road until you reach a junction situated adjacent to Tayside Police Headquarters.
- Take the exit to the right on to Caledonian Road.
- Cross straight over the roundabout, through the first set of traffic lights, then right at the next set of traffic lights.
- The Grampian Hotel is the second building on the right-hand side.
