Avenue Park offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation with clean, comfortable, stylish en suite facilities, a warm welcome and friendly service.
The guest house with a garden and sunny dining room is ideally located overlooking parkland. It is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and train station, and a 10-minute walk from the Princess Theatre, the harbour and town centre. There is free road parking and a small car park. The guest house offers excellent breakfasts to suit all tastes. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice. Choose from a buffet or opt for a full English breakfast. Special occasions can be catered for with prior notice; request flowers, chocolates and theatre tickets (at an additional cost). Avenue Park Guest House is now owned and run by Keith and Sandra Walker who look forward to welcoming you and making your stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. No reduction whatsoever is made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked.
Prices quoted are per room per night and based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room. Family room bookings are based on triple occupancy with adjustment for extra people.
The guest house may take group bookings at their discretion, with detailed prior arrangement. Any bookings made online that are found to be stag or hen parties will not be accepted unless full prior agreement and accurate information has been shared with the guest house beforehand.
We do not accept pets and smoking is strictly not allowed in the building. |

All en suite double and twin rooms offer clean, comfortable, stylish accommodation. There are different styles of room but all are well equipped, newly updated and have complimentary beverage trays and toiletries, clock-radios and towels. 
Superior rooms are larger and have a king-size bed, a stylish decor and open views across the park through large bay windows. The rooms have complimentary beverage trays and toiletries, a clock-radio and comfortable seating areas. 
There are 2 en suite family rooms. Room 8 is on the ground floor and provides accommodation for up to 3 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children. There is a double bed and a full size bunk bed that also has a full-size single pull-out bed, or room for a travel cot.
Room 3 is on the first floor and has a double and a single bed with the option to add another single bed or a travel cot. It offers a view over the park and Chelston area.
Important: please provide details of children's ages and the number of adults when booking these rooms. These rooms are for use as family rooms only and group bookings (such as stag and hen parties) will not be accepted. 
Twin rooms offer full en suite facilities and provide for adult guests sharing a room in individual beds, or for younger family members needing a room of their own. Single occupancy is available in the standard double rooms or the twin room at special rates.
