Children
- Children over the age of 0 are charged as adults.

- You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 23:00 hours.
Cancellations
- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than day
notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to % of the
total booking value will be charged.

COMMENTS: Please note: all reservations must be secured with a visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, American Express and debit cards cannot be used to secure a reservation. Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment.
Groups:
Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A deposit prior to arrival is required. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled.
Upon check-in, an additional GBP 50 refundable, damage deposit will also be taken. It is applicable per room booked and is taken by cash or accepted forms of credit/debit card for payment.
Weekend Bookings:
Weekend bookings (arrivals on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights) are subject to a GBP 50 damage deposit payable direct to hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure.
New Years Eve Bookings
Those staying on New Years Eve are advised that a GBP 75 damage deposit is applicable to be paid direct to the hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure.
