Information about the hotel

This family-run hotel is housed in a traditional stone-built Victorian property overlooking the beautiful Tummel Valley. Rosemount Hotel is set in an elevated position and enjoys beautiful views over Pitlochry and the hills beyond.

Its location makes it the ideal base from which to travel around Perthshire and Central Scotland. The hotel offers 2 bars and a restaurant serving only freshly prepared food from an attractively priced menu. Scottish hospitality is further extended with local entertainment, further complimenting our hospitality for travellers. Choose between a bed and breakfast tariff, and a dinner, bed and breakfast rate. The hotel is located in an elevated position, enjoying lovely views of the Tummel Valley. Some rooms have flat screen TVs. There is a wide screen TV in bar/games room.

Junior Suite - Sleeps up to 4 People

This junior suite has one king-size bed that is 6 feet (1.83 metres) in width or 2 twin beds that are each 3 feet (0.91 metres) in width. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and designer facilities. There is a separate seating area overlooking the gorgeous Tummel Valley. The sofa converts into a double bed for additional sleeping requirements. There is a large flat-screen TV in the seating area and a separate TV in the bedroom. The suite has a high-specification finish throughout and the rate includes breakfast for up to 4 occupants. Because of the suite’s high-specification fixtures and fittings, it is probably not suitable for children under 12 years of age, unless they are kept under very close supervision. Older children must also be supervised at all times whilst in the room. more info

    Getting there

     

    Travel to Scotland by plane to Edinburgh or Glasgow, then road or rail to Pitlochry.
    Ferry services from continental Europe arrive in Rosyth, near Edinburgh.
    Roads supplying the area are good, with a strong motorway network as far as Perth, then a good percentage of dual carriageway (A9) north to Pitlochry.
    Cycle routes are plentiful.
