Situated on the outskirts of Shaftesbury, set within picturesque private grounds, this Georgian ex-monastery has been transformed into a luxury hotel.

Byzant, the hotel's award-winning restaurant, offers a variety of English and continental cuisine, serving creative interpretations of traditional and modern dishes. The Country Bar serves snacks and light meals. The hotel's indoor pool, Turkish steam room and spa bath offer the chance to unwind and let your stresses and strains ebb away. The hotel offers 2 air conditioned function suites, the Belmont and the larger Wessex suite. The latter accommodates up to 150 people. Both suites have partitioning facilities, enabling you to choose a room to suit your requirements. The multipurpose Wilton room is ideal for more intimate meetings/dining.

    From London:
    - Follow the M3 west and exit onto the A303. - Exit onto the A350 for Shaftesbury. - Continue along the A350 to Royal Chase roundabout, where you will find the hotel. From Bristol:
    - Take the A4 for Bath. - Exit onto the A36 for Warminster.
    - Continue onto the A350 for Shaftesbury. - Continue as above.
