Information about the hotel

Beaumont House conference centre, part of the Principal-Hayley Group, covers a 40-acre site in a fantastic location, only an 8-minute drive from the centre of Windsor.

This is an ideal base for visiting London, Henley-on-Thames, Wentworth and Ascot. En suite accommodation includes 214 newly refurbished superior and executive rooms. The hotel houses 87 exceptionally well-equipped conference rooms, capable of accommodating up to 550 delegates. The hotel also offers you an extensive leisure centre to relax in after your day's meetings are over. A heated indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an aerobics studio with a sprung-floor, 2 squash courts and an all-weather outdoor tennis court are all free for you to use. Please note that the leisure club is open to under 18s at specific times only. Please contact the hotel’s main reception desk or the leisure reception desk for more information. It is advised that all guests check-in at the hotel’s main reception desk before parking their vehicles. The reception team will direct you to the car park positioned closest to your accommodation.

    Getting there

     

    By Car:
    From the M25 motorway:
    - Exit at junction 13 (A30 Staines).
    At the roundabout, follow the signs for the A30 to Bagshot / Egham (this takes you alongside the M25 southbound).
    - Travel to the next roundabout and follow signs for the A308 Windsor.
    You'll pass the Runnymede Hotel on your right; continue straight until you reach a mini-roundabout.
    - Take the left exit for Englefield Green A328 and then turn immediately right into Burfield Road.
    Beaumont House's entrance is on your left-hand side.
    From the M4 motorway:
    - Exit at junction 6 and follow the signs for Windsor and the A308.
    - Continue following the signs for Staines and the M25 on the A308.
    - Go past the Bells of Ouseley pub; at the next mini-roundabout turn right, following the signs for Englefield Green A328.
    - Turn right immediately into Burfield Road.
    Beaumont House's entrance is on your left-hand side. By Train:
    The nearest train station to Beaumont House is Egham Station.
    This is a 5 minute taxi ride away.
    There is a taxi rank just outside from the station.
