Information about the hotel

Situated close to Canterbury City centre, the non-smoking Chaucer Lodge Guest House offers comfortable en suite bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet but central location with free parking.

By car, we are only a 30 minute drive from the Channel Tunnel Rail Terminal and 15 minutes from the Port of Dover. Canterbury Bus Station and Train Station are both within easy walking distance. The guest house is spread over 2 floors and we have ample free parking for all our guests, right outside the front of the guest house in our car park. We now offer low priced Wi-Fi internet access and internet/email access on our public computer.

    Directions By Road:
    Arriving from the west on the M2/A2 road, turn right at the next roundabout after the police station into New Dover Road. From Dover the A2 runs into New Dover Road and Chaucer Lodge guest house is located on the left hand side about half a mile after passing The Old Gate Inn public house.
