This wonderful 17th century coaching inn is excellently located across Kew Green from the world famous Royal Botanical Gardens, a few minutes walk from the National Archives and Kew Steam Museum, and only 20 minutes by car from London's Heathrow airport. The hotel makes an ideal base for visiting Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Legoland Windsor, Thorpe Park, Richmond-upon-Thames, the central London sights and, in the summer months, Thames cruises from Kew pier, just adjacent to Kew Bridge. Kew Gardens tube station, on the District Line, is an 8 minute walk, as is Kew Bridge overground station, with a regular service to London Waterloo.
