We offer apartments in and around Scotland’s capital, which are a real alternative to a hotel room. Run on a hotel basis with a minimum one night stay, we offer 3 and 4-star accommodation in a choice of locations across the city. Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of your own apartment for the same price as a hotel room. Your apartment will be allocated on arrival and can be any of our apartments across Edinburgh. We have apartments around the world-famous Royal Mile, including the Grassmarket area. We also have apartments in the Edinburgh New Town as well as in the ongoing New Western Harbour Development (about 4 km from city centre). No specific location can be guaranteed. Whether you are here on business, with the family, here to party with friends or just for a romantic city break, we will endeavor to cater for your preferred location on request.

    Getting there

     

    By Car:
    From Edinburgh Airport to Queen Street Head Office:
    - Exit Edinburgh Airport onto East Field Road – follow signs for the city centre/Edinburgh Zoo.
    - Go through Eastfield Road and turn left onto the A8.
    - Enter Edinburgh on Glasgow Road (A8).
    Go through the Drumbrae roundabout and onto Saint John's Road (A8).
    This will become Corstorphine Road (A8).
    - Turn right on Roseburn Terrace (A8).
    Carry onto West Coates, which becomes Haymarket Terrace (A8).
    - Turn left into Haymarket (A8) and carry on West Maitland Street.
    This becomes Shandwick Place (A8), which becomes Princes Street.
    - Turn left onto South Charlotte Street (A90) which becomes Charlotte Square and then North Charlotte Street.
    - Turn right onto Albyn Place, and turn left into Queen Street.
    We are at number 6 Queen Street (opposite end) on the right-hand side, next to the Jam House.
    By Bus:
    From Edinburgh Airport:
    The Airlink Bus number 100 costs about 5 GBP (return) (2007).
    The airport bus departs every 15 minutes.
    Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station).
    The reception and key collection is approximately a 7 -10 minute walk from there.
    By Taxi:
    A taxi will cost approximately 20 GBP from the airport (2007). Please note:
    all directions are to the reception where you will need to collect keys and maps to your apartment - please remember that you apartment will be allocated on arrival.

Edinburgh Apartments do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the nearby NCP car parks, which offer a security parking place during your stay. Some apartments do have complimentary parking - please contact us if this is required. All apartments are strictly non-smoking, and there can be some noise in apartments located in the city centre. Please remember that no specific location can be guaranteed with varied locations across Edinburgh; you could find yourself located on the Royal Mile, in the Grassmarket area, Edinburgh New Town or the New Western Harbour Development. Please note that some of the apartments are located in historical buildings and that there is no lift. Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform Edinburgh Apartments of this when booking.
