  • Stratford-upon-Avon (12 miles) - Stratford-upon-Avon is infamous for Shakespeare and the theatres. It is also a very pretty market town with some fantastic shops and cafes
  • Warwick Castle (15 miles) - Warwick Castle is the finest mediaeval castle in England (so they say) we agree - it's a fab day out
  • Stow on the Wold (18 miles) - head for stow but also stop at Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Broadway - all gorgeous little cotswold towns full of antique shops and tea rooms

By Car - Follow the A4300 out of Stratford-upon-Avon, towards Shipston-on-Stour.
- On reaching the village of Newbold-on-Stour, take the first right after the church (signposted to Armscote).
- Follow this road to a T junction.
- Bear right and follow that road into the village.
