From Waterloo International Station (Eurostar from Europe):

b) Take the Underground from Waterloo to Paddington Station (Bakerloo line, northbound direction).
Then follow directions from Paddington station above.
Be careful as this streets exit has about 40 steps (No lift or escalator).
By Road:
a) From Marble Arch, go north up Edgware Road (A1) and at the 4th set of traffic lights turn left into Sussex Gardens.
The Delmere on the right and Columbus on the left.
b) From the A40 (Oxford) follow Central London and when you are on the A40M (Westway) take the Paddington exit.
Drive straight along Westbourne Terrace until you have to turn left; this is the start of Sussex Gardens.
