CANCELLATION POLICY: null COMMENTS: Bookings of 5 rooms or more are classed as a group booking. Once this booking has been received we will contact you directly with a group agreement to be signed and returned back to us. We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. The next 50% NON REFUNDABLE is due 2 weeks before arrival and a rooming list is due 1 week before arrival. Payment in full is to be received 14 days prior to arrival.
