Situated in a breathtaking setting by the loch, at the foot of Glencoe, the Ballachulish Hotel features the Bùlas Bar and Bistro and offers a warm welcome and comfort all year round. Christmas Package

Enjoy Christmas at The Ballachulish Hotel on either a 2 or 3 night break. Christmas Eve On Christmas Eve arrive at your leisure throughout the afternoon. Enjoy Tea, Coffee and Mince Pies in our Lounge. From 7pm onwards sample the delights of a three course Candlelit Dinner in our Bulas Restaurant. After Dinner join us back in the lounge for some Traditional Scottish Music from our Award Winning Accordinist “ Willie Lawrie” Start Christmas Day Start Christmas Day with a Hearty Scottish Breakfast served between 8am – 10 am. With weather permitting you can enjoy a stroll around our beautiful countryside with breath-taking views. A Traditional Christmas Day Lunch will be served in our Restaurant between 12.30pm and 3pm. In the evening a light Buffet Supper will be served and then relax in one of our Lounges in front of the roaring log Fires. Boxing Day On Boxing Day a full Scottish breakfast will again be available in our Restaurant between 8am – 10 am. For those on the 2 night break, check out and depart. Throughout the afternoon Tea, Coffee and Homemade Shortbread will be served in our Residents Lounge. From 6.30pm onwards enjoy a three course Candlelit Dinner followed by our “Ballachulish Christmas Quiz” 27th December Again before your journey home enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast served between 8am –10am Please be aware 50% of the total balance will be charged on the day of booking. Welcome in the New Year at The Ballachulish Hotel. Tuesday 30th December 2008 Arrive at your Leisure throughout the afternoon. Tea, Coffee and cakes will be served in our lounge from 3pm to 5pm. Join us again in the Lounge for a Bucks Fizz Reception before enjoying a three course candlelit Dinner in our Bulas Restaurant. After Dinner please join us for the Ballachulish Hotel “Race Night” Wednesday 31st December 2008 Start the day of with a Full Scottish Breakfast in our Restaurant served between 8am –10am. Throughout the day enjoy our beautiful countryside or just relax in front of our Roaring log fire. From 7pm onwards join us in the lounge for Cocktails and Canapes to start your evening. You will then be piped into our Gala Dinner in the Bulas restaurant followed by a Foot stomping Ceildh into the wee sma, hours. Thursday 1st January 2009 HAPPY NEW YEAR – Brunch will served today between 9.30am - 12.30pm Enjoy your lie in. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and unwind. Throughout the afternoon Tea, Coffee and Homemade shortbread will be served in our lounge. From 6.30pm onwards we will be serving a three course Candlelit Dinner followed by some Traditional Scottish Music from our Award Winning Accordinist “Willie Lawrie” Friday 2nd January 2009 A Full Scottish breakfast will be served between 8am – 10am before your journey home Please be aware 50% of the total balance will be charged on the day of booking.     The Ballachulish Hotel is just off the main a82 Glasgow to Fort William road, situated 400 yards from the Oban (a828) roundabout underneath the bridge.
    Coming from Glasgow or Stirling, you will pass by the village of Ballachulish and come to a roundabout.
    Take the right hand (Oban) exit.
    Do not cross the Ballachulish Bridge.
    If coming from the North, you will pass over the Ballachulish Bridge and come to the same roundabout.
    Take the left hand (Oban) exit.
    If you reach the village of Ballachulish again, you have taken the wrong exit.
    If you are travelling from Oban, you will see the bridge ahead of you and the hotel is right by the road.
