A late Victorian town house built by a local builder in 1881, the guest house is ideally situated just a 5-minute walk away from the town centre and close to all amenities.
Offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, complimented by friendly service, the Croft features a separate guest lounge with an open fireplace where you can relax and make yourself at home. Alternatively you can choose to unwind in the garden, complete with hot tub.
Additional private car parking has recently been added.
Weekend bookings are only taken for a minimum of 2 nights inclusive.

Bedroom information
Single Room
Our single room is on the top floor and has an en-suite shower, the toilet is situated just outside the door on the same landing, and is shared by just on other double room. Within the room itself is a washbasin and shower. Also television, tea/coffee facilities, a hair dryer and clock radio alarm. The single is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. From this room you can see the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Holy Trinity Church. more info

Standard Double Room
 Our standard double room has an en-suite shower as well as all the usually facilities such as a hand washbasin, television, tea/coffee facilities a hair dryer and clock radio alarm. The toilet is situated outside the room and is shared with one other room, the single. more info

Twin Room en suite
Our twin en-suite rooms have in them a double and a single bed. The en- suite bathroom consists of a washbasin, toilet and shower. Rooms are centrally heated and have wash hand basins, tea and coffee making facilities, colour tv, clock radio alarms and hair dryers. One twin room is on the ground floor. more info

We have two family rooms. One of which has a double and two single beds which will accommodate a maximum of a family of four. Our other family room has a double bed a single bed and bunk beds, and will accommodate a maximum of five. Both rooms have an en-suite shower and toilet. more info

- Shakespeare Birthplace Properties (0 miles) - Three of the five Shakespeare properties are situated in town. The other propeties, Mary Arden's House is 3 miles out, and Ann Hathaways Cottage is about a mile and a half. All can be reached via the Guide Friday bus tour.
- Royal Shakespeare Theatre (0 miles) - The Royal Shakespeare theatre is a 5 minute walk from us via the tramway walk to the theatre.
- Warwick & Warwick Castle (8 miles) - Warwick castle is the finest medieval castle is the country and is approximately 8 miles away.
You can go by car, local bus, tour bus or train. Recommended time for visit 3 hours
- Birmingham national Exhibition Center (16 miles) - The NEC is easily reached from the M40 junction 15 which is approx six miles away
