From the m5 (about 45 minutes)
Leave the m5 at Junction 27 onto the a361 towards Barnstaple.
After about 25 miles turn right at a roundabout onto the a399 towards Blackmoor Gate and Ilfracombe.
After another seven miles turn left at the sign for Bratton Fleming.
On entering Bratton Fleming turn left at the t junction into the main street.
After about 200 yards you will see the Post Office on the right.
The drive to Bracken House Hotel is a few yards afterwards on the left hand side.
From Cornwall Travelling from Bideford on the A39,
turn left at the roundabout towards Barnstaple on the A361.
Straight across two roundabouts and turn right at the third following the Lynton sign.
Turn right again at the next roundabout, still signed for Lynton.
Turn right again at the second set of traffic lights, now signed for Bratton Fleming.
You will reach Bratton Fleming after 6 and a half miles along this road.
After a further half mile through the village, the drive to Bracken House Hotel is on the right hand side opposite the Baptist Chapel and Beara Lane.
