Set in 7 acres of mature woodland and gardens, and situated close to Redditch town centre, this former manor house is easily accessible from junction 2 of the M42 motorway.

The hotel is located within easy distance of the Midlands motorway network and is just 20 minutes journey time from Birmingham Airport, the National Exhibition Centre and the National Indoor Arena in central Birmingham. The hotel features an intimate bar and a large conservatory that overlooks the Vale of Evesham. There is also an elegant dining room which specialises in local food and modern European cuisine. By Car (from the M42):
- Leave the motorway at junction 2.
- Take the A441 into Redditch, following the sign for all other Redditch Districts, until you see signs for Southcrest and also brown tourist signs for Quality Hotel. - Follow these signs until you get to a mini roundabout (Matalan and B&Q on your right).
- Take a left turning and immediate right onto Pool Bank.
- The Quality Hotel is located near to the top of Pool Bank on the left hand side.
