From the South/Edinburgh:
- Take the M9 motorway towards Perth.
- Exit at junction 10 (A84).
- Follow signs to Thornhill (A873).
- Then follow Aberfoyle and The Trossachs (A81).
- From Aberfoyle, take the B829 to Kinlochard, which follows the lochside to Forest Hills.
From the North:
- Take the A9.
- Join the M9 for Stirling/Glasgow.
- Exit at junction 10.
- Then, as above.
From the South West and Glasgow:
- Take the M8.
- Exit at junction 16.
- Take the A81 to Aberfoyle via the Clyde Tunnel.
- Then, as above.
By Air:
Airports at Glasgow and Edinburgh connect to most British airports.
From there follow road directions as above.
By Rail:
Stirling is the nearest mainline station for intercity and sleeper services.
Forest Hills is 35 minutes by road, take the A84 Callander Road and then A873 Thornhill and A81 Aberfoyle.
