By Car:
From Bristol via the M32:
- Leave the M32 at junction 1.
- Pass under the motorway and leave the roundabout on the A4174 signed Kingswood, Frenchay and ring road.
- At the traffic lights, turn left onto the B4058 signed Winterbourne and Hambrook.
- After a sharp bend, bear left onto the B4427 signed Motorcycle Test Centre.
(If you pass the Crown Pub on your left, you have gone too far.)
- Follow for 1 mile (1.6 km), travelling over the motorway and under the archway until the 'T'-junction (with Rexam ahead of you).
- Turn left onto the B4057 and then immediately right, signed West Country Water Park (B4427).
- Follow this road for approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) and the hotel is on your left-hand side.
Note:
Weak bridge - weight restriction 3 tonnes on B4427.
From the M5 North and South:
- Leave the M5 at junction 16 and take the A38 towards Filton and Bristol.
- At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit for Bradley Stoke Way.
- Immediately at the traffic lights take the 1st turning left, which is Woodlands Lane.
- Follow straight through the 1st roundabout (Orchard Pub on the left).
- At the 2nd roundabout turn left into Trench Lane.
- Carry on for approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) until the T-junction.
- Turn left and the hotel is 200 yards on the left-hand side.
From London via the M4:
- Leave the M4 at junction 19.
- Then leave the M32 at junction 1.
- Follow the above directions for 'From Bristol via the M32'.
From South Wales via the M4:
- Leave the M4 at junction 20 and join the M5 southbound.
- Leave the M5 at Junction 16 and follow the above directions for 'From the M5 - North and South'.
Please note that Swan Lane is unsuitable for vehicles.
If using M4 /M32 and you need to avoid the weak bridge, then take the M4 to junction 20, join the M5 south and follow the directions above from the M5.
