Silver Award Winner, Fairways is less than 800 metres from the water's edge, providing free car parking for our guests. Near to all amenities in Torquay, Fairways really allows you to explore Torquay to the full.

We have recently received the '4 Diamond Silver Award' by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests. We are ideally situated on the main route to the Seafront and within easy access of all facilities such as Theatre, Shopping Centre and the quaint, thatched village of Cockington.   • Coastal Walks (1 miles) - Explore miles of network coastal footpaths which allow visitors to admire the stunning views of coastline and beyond (including Thatcher Rock)
  • Cockington (3 miles) - A beautiful thatched village and country park with it's ornamental gardens and lakes. A Manor house, old forge, glass blowing and pottery making on site. An ancient church and Lutyens designed pub and restaurant are all set in this gem of a village.
  • Dart Valley Steam Railway (4 miles) - One of the West country's major attractions. Catch the Steam train from Paignton to Kingswear, then take a ferry to Dartmouth.

By Car:
From Exeter:
- Take the M5. - Exit to join the A38. - Follow signs for Torquay A380.
- At Newton Abbot you will come to the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Torquay A380.
- Continue straight across the next roundabout for the A3022 (do not turn right).
- Follow the A3022 until you have Torre Railway Station on your right and a sign on the wall in front saying 'Seafront, Harbour, Paignton'.
You need to be in the right-hand lane.
- Immediately through the lights is Avenue Road.
Fairways is on the right, immediately before the next set of lights.
