London Heathrow is just 14 miles
west of central London. Heathrow Airport is
situated next to junction 4a of the M4 motorway or junction 14 of the M25
(London Orbital) motorway and can easily be reached from the east, west
north and south.
Make sure you know which terminal to go to before setting out.
Terminals 1, 2 & 3 are located in the centre of Heathrow and can be reached
via the following motorways:

Terminal 4 is on the south side of Heathrow and can be reached via the

Car:
Short stay parking is recommended for
stays up to five hours and is available from all four terminals. It is
useful if you are seeing someone off on a flight or meeting someone from a
flight. There is also a fifth car park in the central terminal area, car
park 1a.
Business Parking is recommended for travellers parking for up to three or
four days, or those wanting greater speed and convenience. Business car
parks are located closer to the terminals than long stay and operate a more
frequent courtesy coach transfer. Suitable for leisure or business parking.

the airport terminals via transfer services that run every 5-15 minutes
(depending on which car park you choose).

Trains:
The Heathrow Express train runs between Heathrow and Paddington Station. With departures every 15 minutes and a timetabled
journey of 15 minutes.
Underground: Heathrow Airport is also served by London Underground Trains
from London on the Piccadilly line. One station for Terminals 1, 2 &
3 and one for Terminal 4. The journey time to central London is about 60
minutes. Tubes run frequently, approx every five minutes during peak time,
further apart in off-peak times.
During the night, the N97 bus connects Heathrow with central London
every 30 minutes.

Bus & Coach:
Most coach services operate from the central bus station, which can be
reached by the subways linking Terminals 1, 2 and 3. It is located next to
the London Underground station for Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
The travel centre at the central bus station provides details of all
services. An information directory board directs you to the appropriate
stop. Terminal 3 has an additional bus station by the arrivals forecourt and
Terminal 4 is served directly by several operators.
